To get to the Colossal Ancient fight, you must collect Colossal Ancient statues from each of the Act Bosses while their Zones are
are Terrorized. |
 |
Terror Zones now rotate every 30 minutes. |
 |
Worldstone Shards that can drop from enemies in Terror Zones allow you to Terrorize an entire Act for the duration of your game. |
 |
Combine all 5 statues in the Horadric Cube on Hell difficulty in Act 5 to unlock the new pinnacle encounter against the Colossal Ancients. |
 |
Defeating the Colossal Ancients will award one of six Unique jewels. The Colossal Jewel that drops depends on which Ancient you defeat last. You can only equip 1 Colossal Jewel on your character. |
